Debi was born in Wichita

Falls, Texas and learned from

an early age that there are

actually only two states in the

union...Texas and everywhere

else.

Her family moved to Anchorage Alaska to open what is now the University of Alaska at Anchorage.

This news did not settle well with Debi's grandmother who firmly believed that anything north of Texas was foreign territory.

But Debi's dad, a Minnesota Yankee, was determined to give his family the journey of a lifetime, so off they went. She returns to Alaska frequently and supports the Wild Life Conservation Center

The family moved to Norman, Oklahoma where Debi's father became Director of Financial Services. Life was about football and....football

...and sorority life as Social Chairman of Alpha Phi sorority for a record three years. Between parties, she majored in English, minored in speech. Her master's degree is English Literature.

After a fulfilling career as drama director for Oklahoma City Schools, Debi moved back to Texas and balanced acting with

teaching

Until she packed her bags,

dog and cat and moved to

Hollywood to start a new

chapter: producing the hit

play Eyes of Babylon with

Jeff Keys, writing a number

of spec scripts

And currently in production with her original screenplay Dead Game
